All-inclusive grooms are provided to our "Routed clients". Routed is a client that commits to our monthly maintenance service for a minimum of 3 months or more. They have priority on our calendar and be charged an hourly fee of $75.*

If you do not want a monthly commitment, you are put on a waitlist and placed for an appointment on a "first available" status. Their charge is $95 per hour,* with a one-hour minimum.

You will know that premium shampoos, pad & nail soaks, hot spot treatments, skin and coat conditioners, natural flea & tick shampoos, and even medicated shampoos for problem skin conditions are available for your groomer's use.

Rest assured, that they will receive exactly what their skin or coat needs to maintain a healthy, happy pet, that will smell, you guessed it, Heaven Scent! month after month, year after year.

By having your furbaby touched by a pet professional every month, you get the bonus of an experienced person alerting you to potential problems we may notice; like an unusual lump or skin abrasion that may have gone un-noticed, or some unusual behavior that we feel may be a precursor to an underlining condition we've seen before and recommend a visit to your vet.

We also have a specially medicated shampoo for those pups with skin issues like hot spots, excessive licking or biting.**

* minimum charge per visit is $100.even if your furkid took less than one hour.

** we use a special, "No Rinse" Shampoo on our Feline clients. We have found this is a much more calming experience for them and does not require the use of our high velocity blow dryer, as both water and blow dryers can be very traumatic to kitties and it works just as well.

** some of our felines require some minor trimming or thinning of the ragtail bibs and even some owners prefer to have their kitties belly shaved to prevent excess and painful, matting - so that will be up to you, the owner, whether or not you prefer us to use a Clipper on your kitty or not.

** we generally do not Adorn them with bows bandanas Etc unless specifically asked by the owner as kitties don't generally like that either
